On 8 October, the Novosan team attended the European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards 2026 in Palma de Mallorca, where BioTacky® was a finalist in the category Technological Innovation of the Year.

Although the award went to another nominee this time, we warmly congratulate the winners. For us, reaching the final is an achievement in itself. BioTacky® is 100% biodegradable and 100% microplastic-free, without compromising on dust-binding performance. Being recognised among Europe’s most innovative products in our industry confirms that this approach is the right one.

A special moment for Novosan

The evening was also a special milestone for our company. One of our longest-serving colleagues, who has been part of Novosan for more than 30 years, joined the delegation in Palma. Sharing this moment together, after decades of building the company, made the evening truly memorable.

Inspiration from across Europe

The event brought together professionals from all over Europe, and it led to many inspiring conversations with industry peers. It reinforced what we have long believed: sustainability and innovation are here to stay in the cleaning industry.
