Your contact details
When using our services you must first register or contact us through mail or by phone. You must then provide information about yourself. With this information we create a digital contact card.
For this we use your name and address, phone number, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We need this because of the contract or partnership that we engage with you and the fight against fraud. We keep this information until our service or cooperation ends plus the legal storage period of 7 years.. You can have this information removed by contacting us and requesting us to do so.
We keep this information so that you do not have to re-enter it every time and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary.
In some cases you have to create an account into which you can log in with a username and a self-chosen password. Information in any account (login) you can adjust yourself when you want.
Handling your order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. In the context of processing the payment and order, we also save your payment details.
Contact form and Newsletter
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. For (returning) customers, we keep your data until the end of our legal storage period.
You can subscribe to our newsletter via email, Facebook page or Instagram. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. You can ask to be unsubscribed via the contact form. You can unsubscribe from Facebook and Instagram yourself when you want.
This data is kept until the legal storage period or as a non-customer as soon as you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
As a customer, we would like to send you information about new products or services that could be of interest to you. We will only approach you when we have a product we believe you would be interested in.
You can opt out of marketing campaigns at any time. Each e-mail contains a link to unsubscribe. You can use the unsubscribe option. You can also report this via the contact form.
Providing information to third parties
With the exception of our partners (a list of which can be provided to you upon request in the case of suspected fraudulent activity), we will not, under any circumstances, provide your personal information to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if law enforcement requires in suspicion of a crime). The partnerships with our partners are necessary for the execution of our services offered.
Visual material and offered products
No rights can be derived from the visual representation, images and video belonging to the offered products or services on the website.
